ISO 9001 Certification and Approvals

With the goal of continuously developing and optimising its own competitive situation, Thermik was the first manufacturer of temperature limiters to be certified to ISO 9001. For Thermik, ISO 9001 certification forms the basis for the continuous improvement process of its internal quality management system. Almost all types and designs of circuit-breakers from Thermik have VDE approval. Thermik products for thermal protection are tested by the relevant certification bodies in order to be able to supply customers with high-quality products.

Quality control for temperature controllers

During development and manufacturing of bimetallic protection temperature limiters, PTC motor protection sensors, PTC thermistors and customer-specific PTC heating elements, the products are subject to a series of quality assurance testing principles. Thermik uses environmentally friendly materials with a long service life for temperature limiters and tests them for resistance to heat, fire, corrosion, moisture and dust as well as numerous protective mechanisms that guarantee a safe product.
